Comenity bank possible scam? How to contact? I currently have an account with Comenity for the IKEA Projekt Card. So it didnt seem odd to me when I recieved an email from them saying I had a pre approval offer for the Arhaus credit card. I accepted the offer and was going through the application process.

I was approved for the Comenity AAA Signature Visa about 21 months post-DC. I was approved for 5K instantly, and this came just a COUPLE days after a 7K instant approval for the Bread Cashback Amex.
Comenity Mastercard Changing to AMEX I recieved a letter today that my comenity card is changing to a bread rewards amex card in september . The rewards are also changing now earning 3% on Gas, Grocery and Utilities and 1% on everything else.

The card issuer (Comenity) no longer has a contract with Overstock to issue their credit cards, so everyones' credit card accounts are being closed. True. Comenity is done this Merry-Go-Round for many years so it's nothing new for them. What is new is that $17K just flew out the windows with the closure of Appliances Connection card by Comenity.
