The Mountain is the second generation of the BIG-designed VM Houses: same client, same size, and same street. The program, however, is two thirds parking and one third living. When asked to design an apartment block next to a parking garage, BIG saw an opportunity to explore a new form of symbiotic urbanism.
The Heights building is situated within a compact urban site bounded by roads on three sides and a portion of Rosslyn Highlands Park. When applying this strategy to the question case, then std::expected should be selected, unless the input string is already validated according to your design - so, then the errors in parsing are not expected - so: exceptions. But most probably errors will be not totally unexpected - so std::expected.
