I have to renew my driver’s license in October. How long are the waits for an appointment? I’m in NW Raleigh. How early should I try to make an appointment? The DMV website says no availability for most sites and no option to check a few months out. The sites with availability don’t seem to have a working calendar, like Greensboro. I’m in Raleigh. WTF. LOL.

Because age does effect the eyes, So all you young people or people with perfect vision with the wise cracks , "just wait" But there is a BIG difference between not seeing a letter on a chart and something coming at you in the road.

Point is, I thought as I get older my eyes would grow weaker, but in fact I see better now than at any time in the past 50 years.

The accents for other races are basically anywhere USA. I agree with you regarding the accent stemming from the tidewater area AA accent. Also, there are many similarities between the accents today.
