The 453.800 131.8 PL was fairly consistent last week at various SEPTA stops. They mentioned MacDade Blvd in Delco, at one point. I received alternating 131.8 PL & 141.3 PL on 453.800, but no voice was heard on 141.3 PL. There were also periods of static on both.

Something on 453.475 is pulsing transmit constantly every 2 seconds or so. You can hear it once you get north of Madison/ Guilford and all through middletown etc.
