"We don't "say" GBP": many people do, actually, at least in contexts where one normally uses ISO codes. "British citizen" is the statutory name of citizenship of the UK, so it's not so much a choice of the government (in the sense of the particular set of ministers in place at any given time) as of parliament.

AIU's Distance Learning Programs are unique, non-traditional. There are already lots of distance learning programs out there. What makes AIU's programs different from all of the others, "non-traditional" and "unique"?
AIU does require general education courses. But what you have to keep in mind is that AIU Online is a 2+2 degree completion program. You are granted 100 hours of block credit for your associate degree, assuming you have one, and you are required to have fulfilled the general education courses during your associate degree studies.
AIU is a degree completion program not a degree program which you previously stated. The difference being in a degree program you begin with no degree and achieve a degree with no previous experience. In a degree completion program you already have a degree so based on the classes you have you will have classes you need to complete the degree.

I think AIU and U of P both are way too expensive for what you get plus all the pressure you get from their sales people. They wanted 23,000 from me to finish a bachelors degree, I think it was about 47 credits total they said I needed for a bachelor's in health administration.
I was wondering if there's any new information regarding AIU's "probationary" status with SACS. Any news? Thanks!
