The Sentinel DB is updated from the RR DB weekly. As dave3825 mentioned, a lot of these issues are caused by having an out-of-date sentinel database. If you are still having issues after updating the sentinel db, give us an example of what seems to be missing, and we should be able to help you find it.

I updated to Sentinel 2.5 yesterday and I was going to add a Starcom site to my favorite from the data base in the software. It won't let me add any sites for some reason. Anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong. It's been awhile since I did any programming in Sentinel.
