Basic concept: don't meddle unless you know exactly what you're doing - you're more likely to be back here asking questions otherwise. There's really nothing to be gained by trying to turn off services. How are you hoping to benefit by doing so?

I made almost all certificates, I´m level 38 and I can not unlock a cargo company in career mode. It says "green dot "1/5 Specialization unlocked" but "red dot no aircraft is available to purchase" tho I bought a cessna which can handle cargo in "normal" missions.
