I am not a police officer, but I thought I would share the policy on that with the Pennsylvania State Police. You can not have had a DUI charge within one year of filing an application and 2 charges within the past 10 years of filing an application.
The officer didn't know what was in my head at the time. -I claim, since I never came to the or approached the signal which was 20-30 yards ahead of where I turned, that what I did is just an alternate route to my destination. And my actions were far from deserving a $195 citation on a questionable or controversial violation.
