Le service client m’indique qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire car mon compte est clôturé.. (alors que je suis en train de discuter avec eux sur le chat de leur site).. j’avoue ne pas comprendre. Le service client m’invite donc à ré-écrire à ofm@amazon.fr pour demander où en est mon remboursement. Ce que je fais.
J'ai contacté le service client et le conseiller ma orienté vers le service APEX (apex@amazon.fr) qui gère les demandes de remboursement. Afin de procéder à un nouveau remboursement, on m'a demandé de faire établir une attestation sur l'honneur par ma banque comme quoi la somme d'argent n'a jamais été créditée sur mon compte.
